Naturata chocolate gets its soft melt also without the use of soya lecithin which guarantees that it is GM-free.

A special high quality manufacturing process is responsible for this: the selected ingredients are intensively mixed, ground and refined through conching (special mixing process for chocolate). As chocolate which is conched for a long period has a special soft melt and well developed chocolate taste, the NATURATA chocolate is conched for a particularly long time.

The raw materials come from partners of many years e.g. the Yacao project in the Dominican Republic from where we get our cocoa and where Fair Trade criteria apply.
