Three special kinds of premium olives are now available: First of all there is the green Amfissa-Olive without stone in brine with a varied mixture of herbs. As well there is the black Kalamata-Olive with stone in brine including a whole bayleaf. As a unique way of preparation we are offering the oven-dried Amfissa-Olive with stone in extra virgin olive oil and Oregano.

The pecularities of these olives are based in their origin. These extraordinary olives growing in Central Greece at the bottom of the Kallidromo mountain range – the same place the demeter extra virgin olive oil from Greece is coming from. These olives are carefully hand-picked and only the best fruits are going to be potted into pure salt-water. During many months they are getting debittered with this natural way. This natural process is especially gentle and without any additives or auxialiary supplements. So the olives remaining crisply and the natural taste and valuable contents are preserved.
